Position: Service Engineer

Location:Beijing Office,Shanghai Office,Guangzhou Office

Area: Service Dept.

Experiences: 5 years experience

Responsibilities

The service engineer is the primary interface between sales and application organization. The job requires leading efforts and active participation of the following areas in China:

· Support the MD instrument installation and maintenance.

· Support the MD instrument warranty/out warranty service.

· Service Depot (Instrument service in Office).

· Assist sales and application to develop sales marketing

· Promote the service agreement for those out warranty case.

· Well document and report out-of-box quality and field service issues to US technical & service support organization

Experience:

· 5 years instrument service experience and preferably field service experience

· Understand tools and service practices and resource relationships

· Good communication in spoken and written English

· Have knowledge in maintaining analytical machine

· Understanding of biological science is an advantage
